Shipping - Hearing Aids

Hearing aid(s) are not kept in stock. These items are custom ordered from the manufacturer based on an order placed by you in conjunction with advice from our Audiologists.

For all hearing aid orders, we will contact you by phone to discuss your order and the custom components required.  This will entail us receiving from you a copy of your hearing test (audiogram) and measurement of your ears to ensure the correct size tube, receiver (speaker) and dome is ordered.

Hearing aid(s) will be shipped either to your closest Hearing clinic for In-clinic service or to you directly for RemoteCare service.

Hearing aid orders will be dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post.  Parcel Post is a trackable service to allow us to track delivery progress.  Delivery timeframe varies depending on region, but standard is 2-7 days.  See Australia Post for delivery timeframe calculator.

We cannot guarantee a maximum delivery time frame as we are dependent on the carrier – Australia Post.  If your order is urgent, please contact orders@earandhearing.com.au so we can arrange Express Post. Express Post is an extra $9.99 flat fee on each order.

Shipping – Hearing Aid Accessories

Hearing aid accessories refers to rechargeable devices, Bluetooth/wireless streaming devices such as TV connectors, etc.

Hearing Aid accessories are not kept in stock.  These items are custom ordered from the manufacturer based on an order placed by you.

Hearing aid accessories can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Orders with the value of $100 and higher are dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post.  Parcel Post is a trackable service to allow us to track delivery progress.  Delivery time frame varies depending on region, but standard is 2-7 days.  See Australia Post for delivery timeframe calculator.

Consumable items refer to batteries, wax filters, tubes, domes, speakers, and cleaning items.

Online orders will be dispatched the next day, unless an item(s) in your order is not in stock.  If an item is not in stock, you will be informed by email on the expected date of delivery.
